When I decided to sell, she moved quickly to capture stunning photographs of my home, get it listed and promoted, and get a very strong full-ask offer within a matter of days. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she went out of her way to negotiate the sale of some of my furniture to the buyers as well, which was a huge relief to me during the moving process. Marcy simply put is just phenomenal. From our very first meeting almost 2 years ago, she understood what we liked and preferred and every single home she would bring to us was in line with what we were looking for. The best part about her was she in fact would be the one pointing out problems/challenges with the houses that she will show to us indicating how they may not fit our expectations or what we wanted from a house to live in. Marcy helped my move to North Carolina be as smooth as possible. She was a voice of reason when things got crazy, and her professionalism and pragmatism were a comfort throughout the process. She was patient and accepting when considering my house's "wish list," and never let on if she thought I was a handful. (I can only imagine I was a handful, at least at times.)
